The hardest leadership
challenges don’t have
easy answers.

But thoughtful leaders TURN REFLECTION
INTO ACTION.

Navigating difficult conversations. Building trust across differences. Supporting people through change. Making purposeful decisions when there is no obvious answer. Caring for their own well-being while also taking care of others.

The Solidago Institute creates transformative learning experiences that help thoughtful leaders develop the clarity, courage, and confidence to decide what comes next—and follow through.

where change takes root.

Organizations ask leaders to address conflict, build trust, guide people through change, and respond thoughtfully when questions of identity and belonging arise. But leaders are rarely given a trusted place to work through these situations before they have to act. The Solidago Institute creates that place.

The Solidago Institute develops the whole person who leads—not just their leadership skills. Leaders work through real challenges, practice difficult conversations, and clarify what they will do next. Through that process, they build practical skills, engage honestly across differences, attend to their well-being, and learn within a community that will question, encourage, and support their growth.

Participants leave with more than new ideas. They leave with stronger relationships, greater clarity about what their leadership requires, and more confidence to put it into practice.

Our Flagship Cohort Experience

Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program

Most leaders want to create workplaces where people feel valued, trusted, and able to contribute. But when a difficult issue involving identity, difference, or belonging arises, good intentions do not always make it clear what to say or do next.

The Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program gives thoughtful leaders a trusted place to figure that out. Across five sustained sessions, participants examine how identity shapes their leadership, practice navigating difficult conversations, and learn how to build trust across differences.

This is not about memorizing perfect answers. Participants develop the self-awareness, relationships, and practical confidence to respond more thoughtfully when difficult moments arise—and become even more effective inclusive leaders.

The next cohort begins October 20. Participation is limited to 12 leaders, and registration closes October 9.

Why Work with the Solidago Institute

The Solidago Institute helps leaders do more than understand a challenge. Our experiences are designed to help them respond to it.

REAL CHALLENGES
Participants work with the difficult conversations, consequential decisions, and workplace tensions they are navigating right now—not hypothetical situations disconnected from their daily work.

LEARNING IN COMMUNITY
Leaders grow through honest engagement with people whose experiences and perspectives differ from their own. The Solidago Institute creates spaces for conversations that may be messy but productive rather than clean and unproductive—because meaningful learning requires curiosity, candor, and the willingness to wrestle with difficult questions together.

REFLECTION WITH A DESTINATION
Every experience helps participants clarify what their leadership requires and identify what they will do next. Whether the work begins with a single gathering or continues through a cohort, coaching engagement, or organizational partnership, the goal is the same: meaningful learning that changes how people lead.

WHEN LEADERS GROW, THEIR IMPACT REACHES OTHERS.

“You will embark on a journey of self-discovery that will increase your ability to be well, but most importantly, it will increase your ability to understand others and the importance of ensuring their well‑being too.”

Meet the people behind
the Solidago Institute

The quality of a learning experience depends on the people who guide it. The Solidago Institute brings together facilitators, educators, and coaches who know how to ask meaningful questions, make room for honest conversation, and help people move from reflection to action.

Founded by Dr. Billy Korinko, the faculty team brings varied identities, disciplines, professional experiences, and ways of seeing the world. What they share is a commitment to creating spaces where people can speak honestly, encounter new perspectives, and leave prepared to lead differently.
